Kapok provides AI technology consulting services, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning and management solutions
• AI-powered operations optimization consulting
• Strategic AI implementation and integration services
• Lead generation services for AI consulting businesses
• Custom AI consulting and advisory services

3. Lead Generation Services

3.1 Service Description

Our lead generation services connect qualified prospects with AI consulting providers through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and premium professional networks.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Lead generation services are priced per qualified lead as follows:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Network Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

3.3 Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all delivered leads will meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (email and phone)
• Demonstrated interest in AI consulting services within 30 days
• Meet agreed-upon company size and industry criteria
• Have decision-making authority or influence

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and target criteria
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Not share or resell lead information to third parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during consulting engagements

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, methodologies, processes, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Kapok. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely for their intended business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapok's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we make no warranties regarding:

• Specific business outcomes or results from our consulting services
• Lead conversion rates or sales success
• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
• Compatibility with all client systems or processes

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Client access to proprietary systems and information will be revoked
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information as requested

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cape Coral, Florida, or through the courts of Lee County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
